Freshly Air Roasted Whole Bean Coffee.
(Grind it for you? Please select your preferred grind type at check out.)
The air roasting process we use at StoryMaker works like this:
• Suspend the beans in the roasting chamber on a bed of 680-degree hot air called a “fluid bed” (a fluid bed is a vortex of hot air inside of the roasting chamber. The fluid bed allows each individual bean to be roasted evenly and to perfection.)
• The heat of air roasting is evenly distributed throughout the entire batch of coffee beans.
• The chaff is quickly separated during the roasting process to help prevent bitter, smokey, or sour notes commonly associated with conventional roasting.
• Once each batch is roasted to perfection, the beans are then removed into the cooling tray to and rapidly cooled preserve the delicious aromas and smooth flavors.
